who? where? why?
I’m Jamie Woolley, once of West Cumbria and now of London. I do web stuff for Greenpeace UK and this site is really just an excuse to flex my coding and creative muscles.
I was once a freelance writer but work takes too much time and energy these days so I fancied a low-key, non-commital outlet for the words bubbling around in my brain. Which explains the incongruous nature of the topics on display here. I’m afraid this site isn’t about anything other than my braindump. Maybe it’ll evolve into something more consistent over time but not right now.
Speaking of that freelance work, some of it is on view online at BBC Movies, Film 4, BBC Collective, and even 2000AD. Other items appeared in magazines and newspapers that either don’t have online archives or have ceased to exist. Or both.
Find me on Flickr, MySpace, StumbleUpon, del.icio.us, last.fm.
Apologies for the layout and CSS – it’s a work in progress.

Needless to say, everything which appears here is all my own work and has nothing to do with my employers past, present or future.
